SO... i find one program what can make easily this type of productions
THE PROBLEM WAS... I DONT KNOW USE IT!
And how in my house dont have internet i take learn to use the program from my self
THAT NOT WAS EASY!

ATTENTION TO VRCHAT PORTERS
yesterday i went to a VRCHAT mexican furry convention and i meet some new people and talk with some friends what i already now there, Also some friends gave me some access to some worlds where are AVs on them and GOSH the amount of edits and ports of my models was beyond my expectation More of the amount of port its the amount of edits and OCs made with the bases given, And it's amazing! most of them are really beautiful and sometimes make me blame of the 16 fav limit on models :3, so this is a silly excuse of say thanks you to all legit porters and modellers and show my support to them also i will bring a bit of suggestions, to some newbies "or maybe not so" in ports like alilkira, cynder, and Nika, some normals seems odd, Most of my models have the normal map with INVERTED green channel for work correctly in SFM, you must flip these to make the normals work properly in any other engine (including Blender itself) another suggestion The eyes iris area in textures are smaller in

Usaste demasiados polígonos “130,000” yo uso alrededor de “4,724”.
Cuando se usan demasiados polígonos se pierde el control del modelo, con pocos polígonos puedes modificar más fácilmente el personaje y requiere menos tiempo de trabajo y esfuerzo.
Hay una página muy buena que enseñan a cómo usar los programas, pero te recomiendo usar Softimage: [link] así, si tienes alguna duda puedes preguntarme.
si un tutorial que no puedes ver, buscalo en google, donde lo esta pirata y no tienes que pagar.
Consejos
Antes de comenzar un proyecto practica un poco, veo que no practicaste lo suficiente. Estuviste ansioso
No uses zbrush para modelar, úsalo para detallar.
No hagas reales los personajes, hazlos adorables : note que intentaste formar articulaciones.
No uses otros personajes “predeterminados o bases” son una guía, pero, crear un personaje desde el principio queda más limpio firme y bien construido.
